The Lane Workforce Partnership board of directors is made up of representatives from business, organized labor, community-based organizations, state agencies and local government.

The board of directors:

• Oversees the completion of a customer driven one stop workforce delivery system in Lane County
  

• Directs the implementation of comprehensive strategies for services to youth with special emphasis on the linkage between business and education.
  

• Develops and implements a strategic plan.

• Promotes business involvement in the workforce system and assist business in meeting their hiring needs.
  

• Coordinates workforce activities with economic development and educational activities in Lane County communities.
