Kristina PayneExecutive Director
Kristina became the Executive Director of Lane Workforce Partnership in January 2014. Prior to becoming the Executive Director, Kristina designed, implemented and managed the workforce delivery system for Lane Workforce Partnership for over 13 years. In recognition of her knowledge and expertise in workforce development, Kristina has served in an advisory capacity on both state and national workforce development projects.

Kristina is an avid runner and enjoys spending her time away from the office with her husband, Todd Payne and their two adult children, Lisa and Brian.
Anne NestellBoard Relations and Office Manager
Anne was hired by Lane Workforce Partnership in July 2015 as our Board Relations and Office Manager. Prior to coming to Lane Workforce Partnership, she worked at Quantum Health as the Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator. Anne has a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and a Master’s Degree in Arts Administration.
Away from the office, Anne enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.
Ashley EspinozaSector Strategy Director
Ashley was hired as the Sector Strategy Director in July 2018. She has over 10 years of community involvement, building peer to peer connections, and striving to create a community of true equity and inclusion. One of Ashley’s greatest strengths is the ability to create and facilitate spaces for collaboration. Prior to Lane Workforce Partnership, Ashley worked as one of the only bilingual insurance professionals in Lane County.
Away from the office, Ashley enjoys exploring Eugene and surrounding areas, spending time with family and friends, and keeping up with her two growing sons, Aidan and Orlando.
Sue ThompsonDirector of Workforce Investments
Sue Thompson was hired by Lane Workforce Partnership in June 2014 as our Director of Workforce Investments. Sue brings a wealth of knowledge and over 15 years experience in workforce development. Prior to coming to Lane Workforce Partnership, Sue managed adult and youth workforce programs across the state. She has extensive knowledge in federal contract and quality assurance management at the state and local workforce levels. Sue came to workforce after 18 years in juvenile corrections which also includes a period of time serving as an alternative high school principal.
Sue enjoys her time away from the office showing her 1951 Chevy pickup and making wedding cakes.
Lyle LangDirector of Youth
Lyle Lang became the Youth Contracts Coordinator for Lane Workforce Partnership in July 2012 and expanded his assignments to include Workforce Project Management in July 2015. Prior to taking on this role, Lyle was instrumental in coordinating Lane Workforce Partnership’s Job Opportunity and Basic Skills (JOBS) contracts through the Department of Human Services. Lyle has over 20 years of workforce development experience with expertise in coordinating services for adults and youth with multiple risks and barriers.
Lyle was born and raised in the Midwest, but has made Eugene his home since 1983.
Jessica McCormickWorkforce Project Manager
Jessica was hired by Lane Workforce Partnership in July 2015 as the Workforce Project Manager. She has over 10 years of public sector and non-profit experience. During that time Jessica successfully partnered with business owners, government agencies, and community leaders on a variety of projects. Jessica will be focusing on the sector initiatives with Lane Workforce Partnership. Jessica has a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Oregon University in Public Policy and Administration and is in the process of completing her Executive Master of Public Administration Degree from Portland State University.
When she’s not at work, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and keeping up with her three sons, John, William, and Cason.
Tiffany CinkDirector of Finance
Tiffany was promoted to the position of Director of Finance with Lane Workforce Partnership in March 2014. Tiffany’s expertise in federal program accounting was gained through 12 years of serving as Lane Workforce Partnership’s Accountant, preceded by 9 years of accounting for the workforce board in Medford, Oregon. In August 2013, Tiffany earned her MBA from Northwest Christian University. Tiffany is a recognized leader in the state of Oregon for her knowledge and expertise in managing federal, state, and foundation funds.
Tiffany is a native Oregonian and was born and raised in the small Eastern Oregon town of Lakeview. Tiffany enjoys spending her spare time with her family and two Miniature Schnauzers.
Stephanie was hired by Lane Workforce Partnership in July 2018. Stephanie brings 10 years of experience in public and private sector accounting. Stephanie comes from Stanislaus County Department of Workforce Development where she served as the Accountant in the fiscal department. Stephanie brings a wealth of accounting knowledge and expertise.
Stephanie moved to Oregon in 2018 and enjoys scenic hikes in Oregon’s beautiful countryside, and is looking forward to kayaking in the local waterways.
