WIOA One-Stop Operator

Lane Workforce Partnership, Incite, East Cascades Workforce Board, and Clackamas Workforce Partnership are seeking proposals for a WIOA One-Stop Operator

Eugene, Oregon, March 15, 2017 – The federally funded Workforce Boards which cover Lane, Marion, Polk, Yamhill, Linn, Deschutes, Klamath, Wasco, and Clackamas counties are soliciting proposals from qualified entities/organizations in an effort to select a single One-Stop Operator to serve all 9 counties.

The grant application can be viewed/downloaded at www.laneworkforce.org under RFP or copies are available at our office at 1401 Willamette Street, Second Floor, Eugene, Oregon.

A bidder’s conference is scheduled for March 28, 2017 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm PST.  The bidder’s conference will be done electronically – please see RFP for details.  Questions may be submitted on the website www.laneworkforce.org (Contact Us) and all answers will be posted in a Bidder’s Information Sheet.

This request for proposals will close on April 30, 2017.
