To request public records under the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311 through 192.478, formally 142.410), please contact our office in writing at info@laneworkforce.org. If you are a member of the public requesting disclosure of applicant/participant records, the confidentiality or non-disclosure standards outlined in ORS 192 and OAR 589-020-0330, pertaining to participant records, will apply.

To facilitate Lane Workforce Partnership’s compliance with public records law and requests for public records, please follow the outlined public records procedure provided below:

  1. Name of Requestor;
  2. Organization/Company Name (if applicable);
  3. Email Address;
  4. Phone Number;
  5. Detailed description of record(s) requested;
  6. A clearly stated time period for the requesting record(s);
  7. Any additional information you feel would help us to identify the documents you are seeking;
  8. Date submitted.

Lane Workforce Partnership will review the request, making necessary redactions and/or exemptions in accordance with Oregon’s Public Records Law (ORS 192.355(2)) to protect personal privacy. Any redacted areas will be clearly indicated as follows: “This data is exempt from disclosure under Oregon Public Records Law pursuant to ORS 192.355(2) and is not to be disclosed except in accordance with Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.311 through 192.478.” Please note that Lane Workforce Partnership will only provide the requested record(s) via email.

Public record requests are processed in the order they are received and may take up to 30 days to fulfill. Response times can vary depending on the complexity of the request and the backlog of pending requests.
